Networking of research activities carried out at national level in the field of pathogenomics is the core of this ERA-NET. PathoGenoMics is structured in 11 workpackages (WP). The WPs 1-9 and 11 comprise the coordination activities planned; WP 10 accomodates exclusively the management activities at consortium level foreseen to implement the coordination activities in WP 1-9 and 11.

PathoGenoMics comprises four steps/levels of cooperation and coordination proposed by the European Commission:

    –    Implementation of joint activities
