ERA-NET PathoGenoMics announces a Communication Award to make scientific knowledge more understandable to the general public.
The Award of 2000 € will be given to scientists or clinicians, engaged in research, who have successfully communicated to the
general public scientific issues concerning genomic aspects of disease-causing bacteria and fungi. The award is proposed to
scientists or clinicians from ERA-NET PathoGenoMics partner countries1.
The form of the communication action could be e.g., radio broadcasts, television programs, documentary movies, interviews,
newspaper articles, public lectures or any other activity that adds to the public knowledge of pathogenomics.
The communication action should have taken place during the last two years, in English or in any language of the ERA-NET
PathoGenoMics partner countries.
Applications, written in English, should be prepared on the
application form provided. Curriculum vitae of the applicant and
full printed and digital documentation of the project should be attached to form.

The deadline for submission is end of February and end of August each year.
