Here you will find information about Research groups in the PathoGenoMics fields from the ERA-NET partner countries (Austria, Finland, France, Hungary, Israel, Latvia, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain).
This information is supposed to support cooperation between researchers from different European countries
and thus enhance the development of a European Research Area for PathoGenoMics .

Research Topics:
(i) Regulatory RNA molecules in the pathogenicity of S. pyogenes, (ii) Clp-mediated proteolysis in the pathogenicity of gram-positive bacteria, (iii) Cell density-dependent regulatory systems (cell-cell communication/quorum-sensing/auto-inducing molecules) controlling virulence in S. pyogenes, (iv) Dissemination of superantigens by horizontal gene transfer in S. pyogenes (v) Signaling events involved in host defense to infection with S. pyogenes.
